SCHOLARSHIP AWARD PROGRAM

The Dayton Chapter of ASM is awarding a series of scholarships to undergraduate or graduate students who are majoring in materials science & engineering in a Dayton-area college or university.  The amount of the winning scholarship will be between $500 and $1,500, and the runner-up(s) for this scholarship will receive between $250 and $500. The number of scholarships awarded will depend on the number and quality of applications received.

The Dayton Chapter of ASM is also awarding a scholarship to a High School Senior who is planning on attending a college or university and majoring in materials science or engineering.  The number and amount of the scholarship will also depend on the number and quality of applications received. The winner will receive between $500 and $1,500, and the runner-up(s) for this scholarship will receive between $250 and $500.

The scholarship awards will be announced at the Dayton Chapter May Meeting (see meeting details at www.asm-dayton.org).
